i have stated that my position in teco comes thru money invested in PBLS; my money was withdrawn from PBLS and invested in ARGY/TECO by Ron Blackburn and Carol Alonzo, so you can see that i do have a stake in treaty.

now i am waiting for a PR that is four weeks late; i'm afraid that when a PR is released by treaty, that it will state absolutely nothing. this would be similar to my previous investment.

i am attempting to see that potential teco investors don't get burned; certainly you could not have a problem with that, do you?
