actually I proved that 12g4 is a rule not a filing and you have just stated such. I bolded it below in case you can't recall what you just wrote.

I was right all along as I have been saying --> 12g4 is a rule not a filing. you can swap my words around all you want, but the FACTS i have been posting here are 100% right and indisputable.

thank you you just proved my point its a filing pursuant to rule 12g4. I'm glad that not longer in question. now lets take alook at the address that on that filing. ummmm thats minamars address. how did that happen?
