no you said 12g4 was a filing, not a rule as I have stated over and over and over and over. stating that a 12g4 is a filing is not the same as seeing a little check mark on 15-12G SEC FILING. There is an obvious difference between a FILING and a rule.
I will say it again just in case it still doesn't make any sense.
a 12g4 is NOT A FILING!!!!! it never has and never will be. I dont know how someone could misinterpret that. Its really pretty simple to understand for anyone who has even the smallest grasp of SEC filings.
