re: feeling the need for IDCC to retreat...as I stated, it was JMO based on watching this stock for many years combined with the other issues I posted. I certainly want the price to increase, but I can't ignore the reality that this stock goes up AND down...even though the fundamentals have continued to improve.
during the past 2 years since you have returned to this board (2008 as Wanda, 2009 as Mickey), how many times has the stock traded in the teens? How many times in the 30s?
I seriously understand how you "lost" millions in paper profits when the bubble burst...many people were in the same boat....the difference now is that many of those same people understand that stocks do not just go straight up.
All indicators indicate grossly undervalued? Deep value investors look for a share price being at or below tangible book value. IDCC's tangible book value is something on the order of $2 a share. While that value doesn't matter to me, you can be sure that a lot of value investors wouldn't touch IDCC.
