In terms of pps,it’s sad to see what has transpired with spng in the last few months. There may have been multiple variables that played a role in contributing to our current predicament, but the single most important factor was not heeding the SEC warning by management. It’s my opinion that management moved to slow in addressing the concerns of the SEC.I don’t think SPNG is a scam, but the arrogance on the part of management has negatively impacted many shareholders. IMO
A few simple filings could clarify much and give the embattled loyal shareholders a much needed and deserved boost.

than we start trading on true value, i believe the SEC wants
retail to take the lost. as usaual. when it's over you want be able to know NSS was even there. if the SEC has the 10k
and want make it public, most of the rest longs bail, NSS buys got to come from someone.

The problem stox is two fold: First you base all of your SPNG comments on "criminal shorts." The evidence available says that there are almost no shorts, let alone criminal shorts. Secondly, because you've started out based on a false premise, none of your other thoughts/conclusions could possibly have merit.
keep your eye on the ball. The ball is the 10K.
