In terms of pps,it’s sad to see what has transpired with spng in the last few months. There may have been multiple variables that played a role in contributing to our current predicament, but the single most important factor was not heeding the SEC warning by management. It’s my opinion that management moved to slow in addressing the concerns of the SEC.I don’t think SPNG is a scam, but the arrogance on the part of management has negatively impacted many shareholders. IMO
A few simple filings could clarify much and give the embattled loyal shareholders a much needed and deserved boost.
