being a mod here you should be excited,gratefull, and curious as to what he says....i would not be mad if he did NOT answer...just taking the RISK to see if he would...but it sounds as if everything is good to go, on schedule as time permits...now to wait it out...

Here is the problem with the Mass plants. Maybe Mike has this in his way...a moratorium on biomass plants.
