The below is interesting can someone verify my info:

I found the ERCB site a while ago posted it here (hope it works http://www.ercb.ca/portal/server.pt?open=512&objID=256&PageID=0&cached=true&mode=2 ); it turns out the link was broken or went bad, or whatever reason it didn’t work and caught hell from you guys for it. Just recently some else, about a month or so ago, reposted a good link (sorry about not giving credit to the last guy that posted it but thank you). I have been checking it almost daily. Along the bottom left I check the different links for well numbers for “Premium Petroleum”, license numbers, etc. Nothing.

Today, in the top right corner of this link I type in “Premium Petroleum” in the website’s search engine and look for changes in the web page. Today I found a new document out there that was up dated 12/07/2009 (2 days ago hope the link works http://www.ercb.ca/docs/data/codes/LicenseeAgent_Codes.pdf ). In this document I did another search of “Premium Petroleum” and only found one match. Nothing big but for kicks and grins I took the address and did another search and used the address for “Premium Petroleum” and found multiple “hits”, chalked that one up to being an office building, again no big deal.

For chuckles and laughs I did a search on the phone number and found that there are three business using the same phone number as “Premium Petroleum” and it’s agent of Transaction Oil & Gas Ventures. The other two companies are; MB Gas Inc and/or McAfree Hugh (the way the page is laid out I can’t tell which company the phone number goes to) and the second is Transaction Oil & Gas Ventures but no “Premium Petroleum” with it. Venture is on its own line and with no agent.

What’s the consensus out there on my above info? What’s your speculation on why this is getting updated this way and now?

Just as I thought, pleading to Bruce for information turns out to be another valueless effort. Why can’t he just give his shareholders an update, good or bad? Why all the silence? Makes no sense.

I just don’t understand why anyone would buy this stock, yet it continues to trade. Two plus two does not equal four here. Somebody either knows something or is speculating, just wish I knew which one.

Good luck to all of the longs here, maybe someday…not in 2009 though.
