They get thousands of that kind of "complaint" every day. I'm sure most are worthless in terms of information. Does the good stuff get through? Sometimes.
btw you should consider something else: I don't for a moment doubt that all the "complaints" made about MMs, naked shorts, and "bashers" served as a big red flag to the Enforcement guys.
