i trust in my dd and i fully understand the risk vs. reward where otc/bb stocks are concerned ;-)
what others do is up to them and totally irrelevant to me

and isn't is simply god awful that another bureaucratic bs dept is convoluted as hell when it comes to directions and forms
Since the shares have increased, perhaps Karl Malone is no longer a 10%+ holder of EXPH. Simple enough explanation regarding why he is not on the SEC filings.
