The information you have posted is completely false.

The instructions were crystal clear back when those filings were done. JD followed them and listed 10% holders, well because that is what the form said to do in plain, properly formatted English. It wasn't written in code or some other weird style. Karl Malone was not listed. Therefore one can deduce only two things. Karl Malone was not a 10% holder at the time or JD lied on some SEC forms to protect his privacy. Honestly I dont care which one it is, they both reek of stinky pinky tomfoolery.

Drawing any other conclusion would be tantamount to lying.
