Interesting take. I read the whole thing. The tax loss sellers might be saved if the ETC dividend happens later than January 1st.

Have you been in touch with TD Ameritrade about their blacklisting of EXPH on the buy side? I wonder how long these bans typically last?

WOW long post just to say JD is manipulating his stock...got 3 words for you on that S.E.C. and as far as the NOBO, I think if you (generic) are trading 10mil shares a day when vol is less than 20mil a case can be established for manipulation there as well....that person could very well have similar number of shares whenever a NOBO is bought if he's trying to hide his/her antics...

TDA probably stopped allowing access to this stock due to a huge flipper playing games and shut them down....shutting everyone out...Why else would they disallow sells...most limit buys but allow all sells...

This is how I see it....
