TDA does allow sells, but not buys. I have put in several sell orders.

eminently simple process
to follow and track which
folks prescribe to that
practice when it comes to
exph stock .. i've put $$$
down that it's not jd or
other insiders doing that

rather suspect it's a few others

I believe it is buys that are restricted, you can still sell EXPH on TDA.
