They have been diluting here for awhile, making it extra frustrating to watch this go down for the past few months....

It really all comes down to whether they get funding or not. They are loaded with debt, and need the funding badly. Obviously, the Olatoloa deal did not go through, so they need to find funding from somewhere else. If they do, this is a $2.50 stock.
