I took a full position in the 50ties just a few days ago, am obviously pleased with yesterday's action but puzzled as well. Can't find any news nor filings that would explain the big jump.

To the contrary: the S-8 of Dec. 1st looks like mighty expensive as well as dilutive consulting: 21.455 million additional shares to go around. As my DD for CHTL is not yet fully done, can you comment and put the S-8 into context, and yesterday's jump too?
