The divi I am talking about were from the one for one dividend about 5 months or so ago. Back then I loaded up EVFL strictly for the dividend payout and sold immediately at .0004 after the crucial date had arrived. What my thoughts are is that all the EVFL investors holding millions and millions of shares may be inclined to sell at same time whenever those shares become available. As far as the dividend shares that arrived after RS I do not know when they will be made available as I do not know when the shares issued back in June timeframe will be made available. From research learned that 6 months - 2 years (2 years is maximum) is the timeframe from when dividend shares can be freely tradable. All I see in future is a major rush to sell dividend shares followed by another RS due to the dilution that will result
