Hasher, good job, so all you or I have to do is pay Marvel $28K up front and we can license all the flea market dollar store junk we want, right?

According to Marvel IR department, this is one of hundreds of similar deals they do every year, and because it is a small company, SPNG is required to pay up front. They do no vetting of the company paying the money. The hand out licenses based on the company's ability to pay up front. They are aware of SPNG's SEC problems but could care less.

The deal with Marvel allows Marvel to cancel on many conditions besides non payment. I think it quite possible that SPNG has already violated that contract. Lets let the Spongites dedicated faithful chew on that for awhile & see if they can figure out just how this can be! The violation is in plain sight, right before them ... so my guess is they will miss it.
