Average PPS took a huge jump from .042 to .044. I expect most of the buying would have been be chat board followers who are also disciples of the SPNG leadership. It will dry up just as quickly as and I expect to see the oft mentioned .03 fairly soon.
According to Marvel IR department, this is one of hundreds of similar deals they do every year, and because it is a small company, SPNG is required to pay up front. They do no vetting of the company paying the money. The hand out licenses based on the company's ability to pay up front. They are aware of SPNG's SEC problems but could care less.
