Again, he wouldn't even bother...a partner at a law firm such as E&A has plenty of clients to choose from. To pick Urban and his pinksheet out of the crowd makes no sense if he's in trouble with the SEC. Kind of like Barry Bonds going down to single A baseball just because they offered him more money...he wouldn't care to do that.

Can't really compare the two...we're talking about defense lawyers where "ethics" don't apply. It doesn't matter how guilty your client is, as long as you get him off, you're reputation will only improve.

With securities, OTC's and Pinksheet's are considered the dregs of the financial industry. It can only tarnish one's record EVEN if he gets them off any sort of SEC probe/investigation, etc. Why bother with it in the first place.
