"I talked with the police guy yesterday again, it was a long conversation. In a nut shell, he doesn't know whether the company violating law(with exact the same name as CKGT) is CKGT. But he has a suspicion that it is. Also there are other company's using the CKGT's products in similar scams. He said he will know for sure in about 2 months and ask me to call back then."

You make no sense. First you have a quote from a friend that he has no idea. Then in the next sentence he has a suspicion that it is CKGT.

The friendly police officer thinks it is the same company and then you are of a different opinion. So you don't believe his suspicions either. This is sounding more and more like rotten eggs and not on CKGT's part. He has a suspicion and will get back in two months. What kind of crap is this? Furthermore, when an investigation is going on I hardly doubt the police department is going to tell anything. IMO, this is all crap and as another poster said why so many posts from a new poster who has about 50 posts in his 5+ years history and 40 of them on CKGT in the last month?

Since I own CKGT shares, I was alerted by the potential fraud case involving CKGT. So I did some DD. Here is what I found:

1) No lawsuit or frauds implicating CKGT itself.

I did a google and baidu search using CKGT's Chinese name, and could not find any lawsuit or fraud that implicating CKGT itself.

While doing the search, I did find that there are many resellers of CKGT's personal health products.

2) The article quoted by throwerw was not about CKGT.

The article contains the Chinese text:

Which basically says that those accused were using CKGT's name in unauthorized fashion.

Also, the same article says that the main offense were soliciting funds for another company (Nanshan). Nashan ran pyramid scheme and its founder and chairman Bai Junshan was arrested and executed.

You can read the Chinese text to get better idea.

3) The article is a few years old, so if any new evidence involving CKGT, it would sure surface by now.
