Here's where some of the pps went..No wonder BEHL has dragged their feet on removing the CE.

BEHL's so-called disclosure "OPINIONED" (vouched) by the co paid attorney on PinkSheets states:...

(1).Revenues since 1-June-2008..($2800)..

(2).Net Loss for the same period..($572,146)..

(3)Travel-Meals-ENTERTAINMENT..($82,047)..PLUS auto expenses..Together, 7-times R&D at an embarrassing $15,047.(GREENING the planet will take awhile at this R-D rate..REAL committment here.)

Plus more than $73,949 in salaries but typically, shady companies hide their abuses on the expenses side of the ledger..meals, travel,entertainment and of course "automotive expenses"..BEHLS auto expenses stated were $23,363..

Combined, this area of expense totals $105,410 (18.4% of the net loss figure given..38-times revenue)..

and last but never least:

(5).Legal..Professional Fees...$60,606.

Quite a deal...for insiders...not so good for shareholders and dreamers who put their hopes and pennies on the line here.
