Great. Since you are well aware they have just started bringing in revenues during the month of September, why are you posting they aren't selling anything?

This response is way off. Those expenses do not at all seem unreasonable on first glance. Attorneys get paid a lot of money. And yes, believe it or not, they do get paid... Did you really expect the opinion letter to be from an attorney working pro-bono (i.e. for free)? You are taking a start-up company and haphazardly poo-pooing their expenses which on first (and second) glance seem reasonable. Granted, neither you nor I have a line by line budget to verify the reasonableness or unreasonableness of such expenses but if I were going to take advantage of corporate spending, these numbers would be much higher.

Dancyquan, you may have some figures, though your accuracy I am not sure, but you are missing the numbers brought forth in terms of the $500k and the income not yet shown from the large orders received. Yes, last years numbers will look much different than this year to come. Things are in place and being worked. All companies have expenses, especially in the beginning stages. DF said $5million in 09' and $25million in 10', I am here to hang out. I like what the company offers, the steps I have seen them take since JULY 09' and I am sure they will prevail as a leading company in the bioalgea and bionutrients race. AIMO... Signs are all pointing to future revenues and all good things in the works as of right now!!
