Most of the delays with these types of M&A,s are the Attorneys they can muck up anything,I personally don't have anything against lawyers but they get paid buy the hour and they claim they are just crossing the T,s and dotting the I,s over and over they also make mountains out of mo hills.Ive been there, been a CEO for years and a President of a corporation and had many dealings with attorneys,some pleasant some not so pleasant.This Ceo must step up to the plate and demand closure and with some speed and accuracy, or this will continue to linger in limbo.Now im a combine driver no pressure.
