Jersey..You never responded to my last post in regard to your statement of a merger into a shell after the cmhs ordeal. My second thought was that Silar was a funding source prior to 2009 but currently you state that GSii now has a funding source that didn't exist prior. If this is true then all those press releases about Silar were false and misleading with the intent to defraud.

Another thought that comes to mind about a material change in the third quarter sounds you write as this is a huge impact on operations..With such change in operations to the positive you would think money would be available to pay Gene, get the 15c211 complete, and either hire you to work for the company full time or get someone to replace your position so's that the company does not have to wait while a part timer complete their current positional duties. Or it's the case this is still a long shot penny play that operates very dysfunctional. Just my thought with no disrespect and also greatfull for the work you are performing for GSII.

Maybe a part of the developing process is to get a warm body in the office to answer phone calls. If the midwest office is still functional it would be the time to remove the 1980's answering machine off the kitchen table at Sally's home. At the home office in NJ maybe get a professional answering service to route the calls to them rather to Gil's cell phone. This appears nothing more to me than a loan officer selling home loans or refinancing packages. I hope when the curtain opens again it will be a different picture than what I have witnessed.

then you should send me a private message with my promise i will not share it publicly. gs promised me on october 29 that i would be paid by the end of november. today is december 1st and i have called and left him four voicemails since last friday. no reply, no repaymentr, no stock transfewr order - what the hell do you think i am thinking now? does that mean he's going to welch on his promise again, as he has so many times? i feel i am really entitled to know what is going opn. because i am ready to start contactiong attorneys and find out if i can sue the company and him personally which i am sure i can) for lying. where will he get the money to defend himself and the 'company' which isn't even trading?
