If the hardware you are running has 64 bit drivers they will work. 32 bit programs run fine in the 64 bit machine. They are actually installed in a different folder than 64 bit programs but the installer knows this and installs them properly for you. Some apps won't run on 7 properly but they are few and far between and you have already checked for that with the advisor.
