I do not think this is in any way related to CKGT. There are a number of Cactus enterprises operating in the same area of Harbin. Some scam artist took people for a ride that had 'cactus' in the name, that's all folks.

The google translation of the company name here is wrong, and I'm not sure why. In Chinese, the company name is clearly "Harbin Hainan Kang Da Cactus etc.," exactly the same. But don't take my word for it, ask a Chinese person (that doesn't own CKGT stock, haha) to read it for you. One weird thing about this, the given name of the CEO doesn't match up with any of the names listed under CKGT. I could only speculate as to why.

If you look at the translation of the CKGT web site www.xrz.cn you will see that the translation of the name is exactly the same. However, taking a look at this page seems to put the matter to rest:
