I agree-the failure of a formal equity committee for CEMJQ is worrisome,and the PPS has reflected this. In addition, CEMJQ will have to face the music concerning a shitload of diacetyl suits when they come out of B/K. These suits were put on hold when the co went Ch 11,but dont mention that on the CEMJQ board-they act like it will just go away. I hm still holding some freebies there,but buying Tronox and ABWTQ on every dip.This is i great place to be,IMHO,and my money is where my mouth is .

Yes I also hold Cemjq from before Tronox. I actually have been selling out of my position during run ups and increasing my position in Tronox. I think we've got a much more compelling story here. I will however maintain a reduced position in CEMJQ..which I am almost at.

I am in no rush here. I have been actively buying on each dip back to 35-40
