Uhlmant, I see you post occasionally on Chemtura board. Do you own shares in CEMJQ?

Chemtura's bk outcome is rather tenuous for its shareholders. Its share price has been retreating continously since it reached high of $1.48 on mid-October. Adding axiety to shareholders are thus far failed attempt to appoint an Equity Committee to represent equity holders. When bk reorganization plan is formulated and presented for approval Chemtura shareholders are severely handicapped in that they are not represented from inside when such plan is at formulation stage. I wish all of them (shareholders) the best and by all indication of boardmarks there are many IHUB members holding the stock.

US Bankruptcy Trustee had the foresight to appoint Equity Committee to represent equity holders for Tronox as it attempted to address financial strain brought on by fraudulent transfer of toxic environmental liabilities. As we get closer to the late hours of bankruptcy proceedings, one can not underscore enough the importance representation by the Equity Committee.
