Sorry for the delay in getting back, I think I needed some time before responding. I completely hear you on the trepidation factor, and staying on the sidelines on this one. The track record for Gaffney et al. hasn't been stellar to this point, so I don't blame you.
For myself, I had sold and bought back in 15 minutes later on Monday at a few ticks higher after seeing that this thing has legs! It dipped down to .0006 but managed to close at .0009. Today it began a reversal closing at .0013, and I am beginning to think that this could be the play for HESG.
If it continues a slow steady uptick over the next few weeks, and then the solid news comes out regarding the retired shares or the merger, you might not be able to buy back in at a rate low enough to make the juicy bucks, JMHO as always. I would seriously reconsider some small position just in case.
All we are hearing is news about the expansion of medical marijuana from state to state, they're jumping on the bandwagon, and when you think about the financial climate and the need for revenue sources for states, plus Obama's relaxed stance on the federal laws, plus the AMA/American College of Physicians all pushing for a change in the view on weed, my only summation is that this is the perfect storm of sorts for medical marijuana to be the biggest hit since goddamn Viagra!
So obviously any companies on the ground floor of this veritable bull-about-to-bust-through-the-gate industry stands to gain in ways that are practically inconcievable!! Damn, don't I sound like an honest to god pumper??..it's a good thing you know me or you would already have smacked the ignore button..LOL!
So yes, some of HESG's past endeavors seemed to have a shady side, but damn, Gaffney has so much more to gain from doing this for real as opposed to running another P$D (if in fact that was what has happened in the past). And unless he is a snake akin to Ray Ray....and he lied about his own father benefitting from medical mary j "buy"ge, the personal factor only serves to enhance his sense of purpose.
