I think I have gone to a wait and hold on this one. I first thought that maybe they had some grand plans of maybe being the first to go an internet model of dispensary (if that can be done). This would have been very interesting if that was the case.
But all evidence to date shows that this is looking at best like a couple of pinkie stinky CEO’s types trying to pick up a couple of dispensaries that at best look like they might pull down 3 to 5 mil in a year or two; to at worst just dilution and fluff PR's to let them have a nice X-mas. I think there is time to watch this on and I don’t expect a big run like we just saw to happen again anytime soon. I’m glad you made some moola and if I had acted sooner on your advice I could have as well…darn it. And if I know you, you are sitting on free shares that are priced in the .0004 range or below sweet!
The funny thing about Debella his resume doesn't look a whole lot different than RayRays so really hard to tell anything about him. And I keep ending back at where I began, why isn't his BOD comprised of if not leaders in the industry then at least people that have shown up in high times magazine. I don't think selling a few joints in college qualifies Debella to run dispensaries or smoking it with your ill grandparent.
In a climate that still looks a bit "Not in my town" and with any real legalization down the road a ways, I think there is plenty of time to watch these guys to see if they are for real. If it drops back down to .0004 and below I might pick up some for the hell of it.
Plus after doing all that DD I think I like MJNA a whole lot better, that actually looks like there is a business model is going on there. And if it does get legalized to sell on the internet this guy I think could be the one to do that. I keep going back to what he said about wanting to buy an OTCBB shell Coffee store company. I think this guy has plans.
Plus I found it strange that MJNA has not PR’s anything or made a big deal about this HESG merger? Yah they may have had a conversation about is over a joint, but it seems that Bruce Perlowin after sobering up seems to have forgotten.
PS. That Solana thing you mentioned looks like parts of a line of starts and stops this HESG company has done since 2006. I thought it would be interesting to pull up a chart going back to 2005 and compare all these starts and stop and failed business ventures to the chart and see if they time themselves with what looks like P&D’s. If you look a chart right around FEB 2nd 2009 you can see the first P&D and here is the P&R that caused it located in an 8K on the same date.
