My guesses for no Financials:

-CEO can't find the shoebox with all the receipts
-Looking for an accounting firm that will work for shares instead of cash (That's preferred shares wink-wink).
-Found some change in the junk drawer and the couch, but have to get the car back from the impound yard. The $5.00 bill under the floor mat was the big contributor to last years bottom line.
-No revenue, no earnings, no cash flow and tragic balance sheet.
