It would be great, but this is a pink, they can do just about anything they want, even if it is the opposite of what they say. Look what happened after the original annoucement on the buy-back program and the annoucement that they would apply to list on the OTC. Either way, to keep the cost of the buy-back down, would they want to dump 500 MM buy order on the market all at once or do it slowly over time?
