Could it be this is on the list for our Chain of Legends Truck stops? EBOF Board of Directors. R Bruce Blackwell. It seems EVFL has it leased for 5 years. JT

The Company leased a truck stop in Grenada, Mississippi from RBB Properties, LLC which is controlled
by R. Bruce Blackwell, a shareholder and Director of the Company. The lease agreement provided for
monthly payments of $3,110 over a five year term.
Total rent expense for the nine months ended September 30, 2009 and the year ended December 31, 2008
was $ 43,531 and $ 24,831 respectively. The remaining obligation under the lease is $109,960 as of
September 30, 2009.
