IF we do get the funding, and IF the company is smart in the way that they present the information, they could cause quite a stir in the markets. To be able to obtain AND secure that type of fundings, especially in these difficult lending times, would not only be significant, I think it would be extra ordinary.

Big money folks that lend have connections, and I believe that these connections would soon be aware of our little company, and that they would want to support the efforts of Dean and others by potentially buying shares.

I have said before, even with the shares that have recently found their way onto the market, I believe that this company is more tightly held than most people might realize. I believe that there have been people that have a vision for Dean's vision, and they are the ones that have been buying holding, and waiting for the best.

Is this a crap shoot ... any penny company is. But I believe our Point is "8" ... and I think it will happen well before the "dark side" rolls a "7" (so much so, I've placed odds on my bet). All in all, if things go the way you presented the, I think a MAJOR momo will take place. With the lack of shares in the actual tradable float, IMO, folks will be fighting for the scraps that are left. Add into that mix the company's articulated willingness to buy up to 20% of the outstanding shares, and you will get an interesting updraft. If this action is supported with an intelligent presentation of news from the company ... well, I think this might go higher than we can expect at this point. We do not have all of the information. We do not know what kind of revenues that the acquisitions will truly bring. We do not exactly know when they will be accretive (for some of our posters that require assistance, check here http://www.investorwords.com/5391/accretive.html ).

IF Dean does in fact get the funding, this will be the most fun ride I think I will have had investing. If he doesn't, well, I guess I have tax write offs. However, with an "8" for a point, I am gambling that my odds are better than they are on the craps table.

Like i said earlier...it would be a mini "spea" move if what Dean has for us turns out to be real....remember 'spea' went from ten cents to above 10 dollars in a 2 days on a billion dollar "elvis" deal. I remember that day because i was a couple days short on that one. Anyway, the deal Dean has is a third of what sent 'spea' to the moon. later.
