I couldn't agree more. I guess what it comes down to is getting the $350M, and the sooner it hit's their bank account the more realistic this situation becomes.
I guess what I'm getting at is this... What and how, does the market translate $350M in cash being pumped into the company?
(The PPS would surely need to adjust accordingly, and I would venture to guess, that these low PPS day's will be long gone.)
Let's look at it this way, for examples sake...
How does the market react to $350M in cash sitting there, even if the acquistions were not to take place immmediately?
That's a huge chunk of cash, and even if we were looking at 700M OS, the landscape would change drastically...
(I think you know what I'm getting at.)

Also... I do think the funding deal is real. Too much press, and too many big names on the line here, to be playing games.
