it will all come down
to the evidence and the judge

obviously i'm hoping for aero's success

but then

i've always been a shareholder
who wanted the co. to actually succeed

first with aero exhaust
and then when that went by the wayside
with jones exhaust .. which has a far
better distribution channel than aero

again .. no one *here* has the contract info
except the 2 parties involved
