Let me put it to you this way, I spent a good chunk of my weekends this summer in pits with a certain ARCA race team. ARCA is almost NASCAR. They buy their cars from NASCAR race teams. This guy has been racing for a long time. He FULLY understands and is very familiar with the various sponsorships NASCAR offers. Aero's PRs and what is on the NASCAR website tell anyone who looked exactly what Aero was buying from NASCAR. His input confirmed to me that the use of the logo is exactly what they bought. And Aero got their name on a NASCAR web page with some very big companies. 3M was one if I recall correctly.
So yes, NASCAR fulfilled their obligations I am quite sure. Do I have "the" contract? Of course not, but it is quite obvious to anyone who looks at the facts objectively that the use of the NASCAR logo in their marketing was what they bought. Many companies do this, usually in conjunction with a team sponsorship.

P.S. If you are a race fan, keep an eye out for Parker Kligerman and Justin Lofton. These two kids are about to graduate to NASCAR and I don't think either of them are old enough to drink. Either one of these two could become the next NASCAR sensation.

"i've always been a shareholder
who wanted the co. to actually succeed "

The only companies that succeed are the ones run by true visionaries and inventors and great leaders not by lousy businessmen.

In penny land 99% of ceo's are not visionaries or inventors or great leaders. If they were then their stock would be trading on higher exchanges long time ago. AERP has been a penny stock for almost 5 years now and still is a penny stock and will be a penny stock for a very long time.
