Doesn't matter, same company- MJNA was in parentheses after Marijuana Inc implying it's Medical....

Who knows, maybe HESG is more competent than people think- MJNA seems to think so if they are allowing them to provide consultation to the states, government as a representative of their company. If I'm not mistaken the CEO of HESG contacted MJNA on 29 Oct and sealed the deal on 3 Nov- that's pretty quick.

Thanks Jungle

That was a great post for me to read as I try to wrap my head around this whole thing.

My thoughts so far as you seen my post was that MJNA looks like the stronger company so I agree I don't see HSGH buying MJNA and don't see MJNA letting Thomas Gaffney run the company. If you look at their filings for each MJNA actually has better filings and HESG has only managed to file 8-K's since 2007 since the 10K saying it was now too expensive to file. but in the past Thomas Gaffney had some very good filings (although not very profitable) showing his experience to Report on the OTCBB. Then if you look at MJNA’s website it looks very good and IMO better that HESG’s.

Currently MNJA is listed on pinksheets.com as Limited info, http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=mjna but you need look close at the warning bullet they don't have a MM, this is another reason MJNA needs somebody.

The guys not a CEO he's a pot dealer. So I now think that he may need Thomas Gaffney more than we know

So I now could see going either way with MJNA having Thomas Gaffney as board member or even CEO as his experience maybe of value to MJNA. At one time Thomas Gaffney had a company called UTEK believing in him as well.

This is from http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Health-Sciences-Group-Quest-pz-3685491077.html?x=0&.v=1
The company intends on pursuing with new consultant agreement under Marijuana Inc. a joint venture to market management services. "We are still in negotiations with Marijuana Inc. (MJNA) to complete a joint venture or merger or rolling up into a reporting OTCBB shell.

So Thomas Gaffney mentions MJNA the symbol so I don’t think it is a typo in this PR and merger talk. But what he does not say is who the surviving ticker symbol will be. Right now Thomas Gaffney has nothing but experience to offer that we can see except what looks like a stinky pinkie that need to spend a bunch of money on audits to reach the OTCBB. MJNA has the King of Pot, cleaner books, something actually going for it, and a better PPS. It’s does have the weakness of not having a MM, but it still manages to trade fairly well with volume.

But I have been digging a little deeper.

So you mentioned the MJNA PR said something about a coffee shop?

Go here http://esignal.brand.edgar-online.com/EFX_dll/EDGARpro.dll?FetchFilingCONVPDF1?SessionID=U0daWJkIjmm1rPB&ID=4703154 make sure you read the Part:
On October 12, 2006, Health Sciences Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Registrant"), signed a letter of intent to acquire the
business and assets of Kalahari, Limited, a Georgia corporation which produces, markets and distributes a unique line of products, including
bagged red tea, bottled ready-to-drink iced teas and natural, all fruit energy bars with a branding message that embodies the spirit of discovery
and adventure for a healthy lifestyle.

Does that sound like a coffee shop maybe???? Go here http://www.kalaharitea.com/

Now I can’t tell if HESG followed through on the letter of intent , but it looks like it has here;

Hmmmm a little tea and MJ for and afternoon break, sounds good to me. Maybe HESG has a little more going than we know? it’s hard to know as the don’t file

Let me know what you think of this? I could be wrong on what I am finding or I may have missed something, so anyone is welcome to chime in.
