MJNA's PRs are carefully written and all the information is verifiable. The PRs are proofread by many securities experts (CEO said 8 experts) before they are sent out.

MJNA is looking for an OTCBB fully reporting company which they mentioned in a PR 10/22/2009 "into discussions with a publicly traded coffee distribution company." For example- A quick search for publicly traded coffee companies I find BSSA which on the surface looks like a great OTCBB shell. The same careful attention to every detail goes into their search for a suitable OTCBB shell as in the PRs- hidden shareholders, past history etc etc.

So I believe that if MJNA was talking merger deal with HESG it would be in MJNA's PRs. When HESG first came into play, I called MJNA's CEO asking "why no mention of HESG in your PRs?" The answers was HESG paid MJNA for consulting services. Who knows, Monday MJNA might put out a PR and then makes me eat this post.

Now HESG's last PR had a company named "Marijuana Inc" mentioned twice in the first paragraph. Is HESG writing about "Medical Marijuana Inc" or a different company? If the argument is "typos" I don't see how or why MJNA would merge and let an incompetent PR writer take over MJNA's CEO job.

INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH, Fla., Nov. 19, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Health Sciences Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HESG) would like to announce that its lawyer Mr. Robert Young is aggressively seeking realtors in the Los Angeles area to open up Health Sciences offices. The company intends on pursuing with new consultant agreement under Marijuana Inc. a joint venture to market management services. "We are still in negotiations with Marijuana Inc. (MJNA) to complete a joint venture or merger or rolling up into a reporting OTCBB shell. We have all intentions of bringing on the best legal team possible and to make medical marijuana acceptable to the public. I can not say it enough -- we are not about legalizing pot for recreational purposes-we are against it! We are here for the millions of ill people that could and will greatly benefit from medical marijuana. I have first hand experience with medical marijuana and it works, it eases pain, anxiety, and increases appetite. I witnessed it first hand with the passing of my own father. This is personal to me," said Thomas Gaffney, President and CEO of Health Sciences Group, Inc
