Hi On2. I don't fully understand your exasperation on the oxide mix question. This isn't pure stuff, right? Some sulfide, some oxide. So adjustments studied and made as the ore mixes vary. Granted, you want and deserve to hear from the company on this. We are still in startup mode and learning. EOY coming up fast, and with it, hopefully, LTF and 3375 T/D.

heeeeeere we go. just the post i been waiting for. and, from a highly esteemed individual on board. lets see what he brought:

okay... recognizes we are mining an area which has been mined for 100yrs, and yielding a product which doesnt work well with a state of the art mill. hhhhhhhmmmm... read: bad management call.

recognizes apparently insufficient lab work. hhhhmmmm.... read: bad management call.

recognizes lack of comment from reagent sources? hhhhmmm... read: bad management call.

now, the cementation process... looks like several aspects which could become problematical need to be addressed. read: another esteemed poster thought cementation was imminent in a very short period. read: doubtful.

general thoughts: obviously due to management[dotsons] lack of experience and knowledge with state of the art mill equipment, its appearing more and more that we have a product[ore] which our equipment isnt quite compatible with. so, now, the company is scrambling, trying to implement an emergency [band aid] method, to try to right the original $ 60 million?? dollar problem that wont function right.

in retrospect, i suggested dotson should reach out for more talented help. hhhhhhhMMMM.... perhaps he hasnt/wont, because he already [now] knows, the state of the art equipment all of us bought, WONT WORK !!!!

if we have the cementation then what is the SXEW for?...what is the difference since the source of input for both is the tailing and both have a copper recovery around 90%??...well at least now, they can focus their drilling at sites that have less oxide ore and plan on how much to stockpile with the varying ore types and grade.
