So we are now being advised, at least indirectly by some posters here, that WUCC built a "state of the art" copper flotation mill but that much of the ore is oxide, which has been known for a century to not be amenable to flotation except for some special cases that can be converted chemically to material that can be floated. Didn't they do sufficient lab work to know this early on? Didn't their reagent sources ever comment on this?

As for cementation, do we know that no additional permits are required? Is the liquid circuit closed-loop? Do they have a source of clean iron scrap for the process?

As for smelters in the Phoenix area, forget the ones that have a zip code in the city. What you want to look for is a smelter out in the Globe/Miami area, East of Phoenix closer to the big copper mines worked by Phelps Dodge, Asarco, etc. A key thing to look for is a very tall exhaust stack 100+ feet tall. City refiners probably only do test assay work for the amateur gold hunters out there. They don't want 25 tons dumped on their lot every day nor do the residents nearby.
