CE will most likely get removed once Brian is able to get BBDA up to the "Current Information" tier.

Here's the timeline thus far:

In October, Brian signs up for the Pinks Sheet Disclosure Service.

Oct 16th, 2009: Brian uploads his first Initial Disclosure Report and Attorney Letter which were extremely lacking.

Oct. 23rd, 2009: Wyatt posts BBDA's weekly report which has the company listed in the "Stop: No Information" tier.

Nov. 13th, 2009: Brian uploads his second Initial Disclosure Report and Attorney Letter. Although there was more information disclosed in this report, it was still limited.

Nov. 17th, 2009: Pinks changes BBDA's tier to "Limited Information"


Maybe the 3rd upload time is a charm.
