On the "company info" tab, BBDA has been changed from "No Information" to "limited Info" because of the filing. The designation on that page doesn't reflect the Caveat Emptor however....it just designates what the company would be were it not Caveat Emptor.

In other words, on the "company info" tab, BBDA was never CE, it was always "No Information"

And as it can be seen on the link Diddi posted, the CE symbol is still next to the BBDA listing.
