I would have to agree with you, especially about not putting the buell rights up for sale,(The old "If I can't run it for profit, noboby will!" mindset.) Alot of ppl get hurt when the jobs go away, ppl that have bought harleys.
I don't know your age, but back in the 1970's Harley imported some italian 125cc dirt-bikes, and it was a fiasco for sure! Dealers had them rammed down thier throats, and didn't want anything to do with them. (The Dealers knew they wouldn't be accepted....and the bikes were weak and trouble-some.)
