skunks - I suspect that it is an administrative problem related to the fact that CIM (Casavant International Mining) is a non trading company and has no symbol and no "official" designation.
I seriously doubt that there is anything even remotely resembling a "tender offer" or a listing on AMEX as many are speculating.
