sponge digger - Because I get so disgusted with posts like, "We'll never see the 10K" and "The three amigos are going to jail", etc., I hate speculating about anything.
That said, I will agree with you that one reason the investigation COULD BE taking so long is that there is no float and there is one helluva mess going on at the SEC and FINRA about how to cover their behinds in this matter without burning their bridges with the short MMs and hedge funds.
If we have been trading on nothing but air since AYME stopped buying for someone *wink,* then more than a few people have some 'splaining to do.
Very little could please me more than for this to be exposed, not only for our SPNG position, but because it could also force a more fair trading market going forward.
BTW - I been reading your posts while "on leave"...very good stuff and great DD.
