No BS, I have come up with 252mm shares accounted for with pcm,mm,sm,fl and rme. I have not considered signature group because I have not heard much from doug and do not know what their position is. Do you remember what they where holding?

I can remember a few months ago soapy was getting information from posters that added up to over 200 million.

The numbers are closing in and the phantom float is phat!

That said, I will agree with you that one reason the investigation COULD BE taking so long is that there is no float and there is one helluva mess going on at the SEC and FINRA about how to cover their behinds in this matter without burning their bridges with the short MMs and hedge funds.
