I have often wondered about this as a missing filing now that the company has surpassed small business status. I wonder what happens (and maybe you know) when the drain gets clogged and its time to report the AYME purchase with 3 or 4 filings, and the shares that were purchased ad up to more than the legal float? Could this be causing problems with a smooth investigation?
Lets face it... providing the PR'ed buy back was sucessful (and it appears to be so), and the reported benificial common shares with RME,SM, MM, FL and PCM are accurate (which they better be) there just arent many left in the float. This is a very possible scenario
