Yes thats may 2009 statement i've seen it many times here. 2006 levels arent all that horrible.. oil is at those levels too btw.. Oil is cheap, therefore no worrying about biofuel for now... as soon as prices go up I wouldnt be surprised if Obama will make it a standard to add biofuel to fuel...
