Biofuels is Shrinking in Usage.
Plant closures worldwide as some countries no longer subsidize or have begun taxing biodiesel in particular.
Germany and England are cases in point.

The National Biodiesel Board in the US has announced decline in biodiesel production to 2006 levels.
Plant closures and receiverships.
20 plants in Texas not operating.
Greenlight was one of those 20 closed plants.
